Located just 0.5 miles from the Winterberry Beach access point and walking distance to many popular restaurants and shops.
By boat you are just minutes away from access to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boat from home or rent one from one of our local Marina. Dock your boat right in your backyard, please note there is no boat lift. The dock is perfect for boating, fishing or launching Kayaks and Paddleboards.
Enjoy our wide waterfront canal with deep water access, a brand new private dock; and quick access with no bridge and minutes to open water!
Beach…
Looking to spend the day on the beach and not sure of the best way to get there? You can walk! The Amber Beach House is a convenient 9-minute walk to Marco Island’s public beach access.
Walk…
We are located on the South end of Marco Island. The house is within walking distance to Minature Golf, Beebe’s ice-cream, Marco movie theatre, Marco Walk Plaza, Sunset Grille, and many other favorite local restaurants and bars.
Bike…
Biking is a great way to see the Island. You can also ride your bikes to Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream Shop, and the Esplanade Shops & Restaurants. Also, if you’re on the Island from mid-November to mid-April, you can bike to the Farmers Market on Wednesdays, where you can find fresh vegetables, fruit, and baked goods, interesting treats, and merchandise. If you’re feeling like beaching it, you can ride your bike to the public beach access, where you can lock up the bike and take a stroll along the beach!
Our home…
Our home includes three bedrooms: a King master bedroom with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet, a Queen bedroom with a spacious closet and a third bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin daybed. Sleep soundly on our new mattresses in all three bedrooms. The second/guest bath has a walk-in shower.
The Amber Beach House has a private, heated salt-water pool with expansive views of the canal, and has a roomy lanai facing east to enjoy Marco Island’s sunrises. On the lanai is a a dining table with four chairs, comfy chaise lounges for poolside relaxation, electric fireplace and an outside T.V. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outside dining, and or cocktails.
There is plenty of room in our kitchen with a breakfast bar that comfortably seats four people.
After a day of exploring and enjoying the Island, come home and relax in our main living room, which features comfortable couches and chairs where you can enjoy watching TV.
Want to explore the other end of the Island? Leave the car at home, call The Wave and only pay gratuity for the ride. They will pick and drop you off. Please let them know we referred you!

Cancellation Policy:
- All requests to cancel a reservation must be received in writing.
- 60 days prior to your date of arrival, you are entitled to one -half of the total monies paid, less a $100 cancellation fee (plus any credit card fees we incurred on your original payment). Cancellations 60 days or less are non-refundable. If Marco Island Beach Getaway is able to fill the reserved booking with a new guest at the same rate, then you will be entitled to a full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
- Comprehensive Traveler’s Insurance is highly recommended.

While booking directly with Marco Island Beach Getaway is the guaranteed lowest-cost (no traveler/service fees!) way to reserve your stay, we also list with major vacation rental booking services. Although, be aware the major listing sites charge anywhere from 5% -10% in fees.

When booking your vacation rental with Marco Island Beach Getaway, rules and policies will be included in the rental agreement for you to review before agreeing. Just to make sure our condo would be a good fit for you and your group, we like to let all potential guests know the following rules are monitored and strictly enforced:
- A minimum night stay will vary. During peak season and holiday’s it is a 7 night min.
- Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m..
- Guests can arrive and depart any day during the reserved rental period.
- No smoking in our home or on lanai.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed.
- The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons, including children and infants.
- No parties or events.
- The responsible member of the rental party must be 25-years-old or older and be present during the entire stay.
- All children are welcomed, however, our home is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for all children.
