When you’ve finally exhausted yourself, come back and enjoy our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Essex is conveniently located within just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, shopping and dining. Our unit is comfortable, airy, and clean with lots of natural light.
Our renovated kitchen boasts granite counters with new stainless appliances. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed while the second bath has a standard tub and granite counter.
Relax in the privacy of your own private lanai where you can enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktail(s).

When we chose to buy a vacation rental property, we’d been to a lot of different vacation destinations, Marco Island is our absolute favorite.
Our condo is located on the third floor of the Essex condo building—an excellent spot on the southern end of the island. Just a short 4-minute walk to pristine beaches.
There are lots to walk to, including the Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find restaurants, movie theaters, ice cream shops, and much more. On the beach, you’re just a short seaside stroll away from tons of watersports.

We’ve also included all the comforts of home, from beach essentials to a 40” smart TV in the living room.

We love vacationing on Marco Island, so we know what you want when you’re visiting the beach. We’ve taken the extra effort to make everything a little comfier, from plush, soft bed linens to the new outdoor dining area.
We’ve stocked the condo with games, flat-screen TVs, and all the beach gear you’ll need. And we’re very responsive – we love helping our guests learn about the area.

- A check, Zelle, Venmo or money order is our PREFERRED form of payment.
- Maximum 5 people.
- Saturday – Saturday rentals preferred.
- Check-in time after 3 pm and check-out time at 10 am.
- Rates include all high-speed Wi-Fi fees.
- Holiday weeks are priced higher.
Cancellation policy:
- All requests to cancel a reservation must be received in writing.
- 60 days before your date of arrival, you will be entitled to a refund of one-half of the deposit paid. Cancellations 60 days or less are non-refundable. If we can fill the reserved booking with a new renter at the same rate, then you will be issued a full refund, less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
- Comprehensive Traveler’s Insurance is highly recommended.

While booking directly with Marco Island Beach Getaway is the guaranteed lowest-cost (no traveler/service fees!) way to reserve your stay, we also list with major vacation rental booking services. Although be aware the major listing sites charge any where up to 25% in booking fees.
When booking your vacation rental with us, rules and policies will be included in the rental agreement for you to review before agreeing. Just to make sure our condo would be a good fit for you and your group, we like to let all potential guests know the following rules are monitored and strictly enforced:
- A minimum 7-night stay is required during Peak Season.
- A minimum 4-night stay during off-peak (April – December).
- Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.
- Guests can arrive and depart any day during the reserved rental period.
- No smoking in our condo, on the balcony, or in the building.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed.
- The maximum number of guests is limited to 5 persons, including children and infants.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- The responsible member of the rental party must be 25 years old or older and present during the entire stay.
- All children are welcome, however, our condo is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for all children.
